Yes, I asked both senators for immigration reform. But there appears to be a huge difference of opinion in what REFORM is needed.

For I called that number, demanding that already-existing laws be enforced against illegal aliens.

And THAT is the "reform" needed.

I also asked that Jared Polis and any other TRAITOR in Congress be IMPEACHED and PROSECUTED,

for aiding and abetting and encouraging illegal aliens. For THAT is a felony CRIME.

Don't hold your breath waiting for the Dream Act to ever be passed. The first time it went before Congress was the closest it came to being passed. The last time it was less close. And now that more voters are finding out about it, and very upset about illegal aliens being given anything excerpt stiff fines and deportation, it is likely that it will never come up for vote again, since there is a GROWING resentment towards illegals.

Try to engage a lawyer in Mexico to act on her behalf. Maybe he can represent her by giving him "power of attorney" to apply for a U.S. visa on her behalf without her having to return to Mexico. For every problem there's a solution. And whatever the lawyer charges will be worth it if your wife can begin working legally here.

The vast majority of voters OPPOSE giving illegals "free" college, amnesty, or anything else but stiff fines and deportation.

All universities and other schools harboring illegal aliens should be PROSECUTED. And our own kids should fill the college slots STOLEN by illegal aliens.

what about punishing a child because of something he wasn't aware of. does he deserve to be punished? there was an article a few months back of a high school kid that was told by his parents that he's a US citizen. He tried enlist in the marines only to be put in a room and be interrogated by jag officers claiming that he tried to get into the marines with fake documents. He was shocked to find out from his own mother that he was actually illegal and that they lied that he was a citizen.

Anyone can claim they did not know what their status was or is. He is illegal, and should be deported. He can apply to return legally like everyone else.

Any person that had to go through immigration 's hoops can testify how ridiculous the US.'s immigration system is. Read a recent statement from condoleeza rice where she breaks away from the right wing on the issue of immigration. Because of the US's harsh immigration policies other countries have been taking advantage and making it easier for their immigrants to get legalized status or citizenship. Those are immigrants the US should have had.

THE DREAM ACT is not another reason for immigrants to come to the US because when it is enacted it only applies to youth under 30 that were here before the bill is enacted, it doesn't apply to newcomers. please read the actual bill itself and not a bogus interpretation of a biased source.

The bill is also a reason for prospective gang members to not pursue a life of crime because you automatically lose eligibility or the dream act if you have committed a felony.
