that was the most annoying thing ever, you might've actually gotten half way through the song i you hadn't spent so much time making sure you played the first 4 or 5 patterns 982742308923085712 times. we got it the first 4352346 times.

In the beginning you said to hit the 6 string open TWICE, but when you play it you don't do that at all. And the annonation says to hit the second fret on the 6 string twice, soo you fail at explaining and it was a bit confusing too.

I love the way you do the lessons, great videos. I was playing this song the same way forever until I found an old guitar mag with Kirk breaking down the riffs himself. The main riff's diad variation is slightly different than the single note version though. According to Kirk it goes D5 D#5 E5 D#5 E5 D#5 E5 D#5 E5 D5 D#5 E5  F5/C F5/C F5/C F5/C.

how i do to get this tuning, i dont understand when you say one step down

your first string, wich normally is a E, you need to tune down do an D,

second string is a B, wich you tune to an A

trhird ytou tune from G to F

Fourth from D to C

fifth from A to G,

and 6th, from E to C.

All notes is lower!

You maybe need to turn yout tuner off from guitar, an just let it tune different tones, and not like " 1E," and so. :)
