Plyometric exercises have 3 basic components, quick stretch, amortization, and lengthen. The lacks these components. Expert village really dropped the ball.
So strange to see this in a gym full of super expensive weight equipment. What do you need? A wall and a carpet? Just as long as it's not a 'dry-wall-wall' lol. Five stars!
@billysue2 well he did kinda say in previous videos its not all plyometrics, he said there were elements of stability training, besides you know video titles can be deceiving!
