hi actually im gettin the tornado 2 not sure if ther any diffrent but for toms do u only need to get the top skin as a better skin like evans n just loeave the bottom as stock

Pretty much. Go for a double ply like the G2 or Remo's emperor. I like coated rather than clear, but thats personal preference.

SWEET! what tom heads do you use i want those is it Evans?? btw....i was wondering wether if i buy new tom heads and put a new batter head on do i change the stock heads at the resonant side or you dont have to cuz i wanted to change mines to g1s or maybe some other heads?? what do you think =)

You only have to change the batter, the resonant really doesn't matter, at least, to me.

you can, but if you already have resonants I would leave them, it doesn't matter as much. The g1s are good for a resonant though, yes.
