I also watch Ed Nerd and Satch Boggy to re-learn the old VH stuff which is still like the hottest rock and roll playing even after 30 F'n years...now I watch Doug Steele too and in a few jam alongs with the "DFS"...then VH 2....... LIGHT IT UP.....

Dude... Van Halen should hire you to do a DVD lesson. I bought Phrase By Phrase Classic Van Halen, and that guy is a tool. I don't think he can even play the stuff right at speed. He shows the efects used and he doesn't even have a phaser. WTF

@jroundy1649 Ha ha..The only way I'd ever release a dvd is if Ed called me himself and told me to. Not to mention it'd probably end up on youtube anyways. Not to mention, I'm only doing the songs I love. There are a few guys who are releasing VH instructional dvd's that I scratch my head over. I'm gunning for them, and any douche bag who's in a VH cover band that's destroying Ed's fine notes. If you're gonna do the shit, do it right. I'm not even saying I'm 100%, but I feel I'm closest so far.
