Edit: It was Derrick, not Justin, that was proven to be the father.
But, Dustin's life might get messed up beyond repair now that he isn't the father of the son, and definately might not be the father of her pregnant baby, based on what we've just seen, and what he might claim of the woman now he's not the father of this baby. From meeting with this woman to birth, his life has been nothing but a lie.
It, at the very least, will take a long while for Dustin to recover from all this pain.

Looks like Dustin, made out by the audience as a villain, was the only one innocent in this, as, although everyone said he would be the father, he was proven otherwise, and Justin, the youngest looking of the bunch, was proven to be the father. This development, and the fact that the woman claimed to be currently pregnant with Dustin's baby, will prove that the drama has just started. I guarantee these two will be back on Maury for another DNA test once the baby is born. No shortage of tramps.
