  • I definitely got your point, good description. You added the lift part which I find is crucial because if you just chop the ball it flies too far, when you lift it slides your club under the ball 1) keeps the ball on your club face longer allowing more spin transfer to the ball and 2) flattens out the loft of your club a bit which adds a little height to the shot so it doesn't go too far. Most other videos don' mention the lift part.

  • no i dont get ur point fuk face. u suck... and its not backspin if it goes forward

  • no i dont get ur point fuk face. u suck

  • He doesn't know how to do it but at least he is still young. I see 40 year old instructors that do the complete opposite of what they should. Ex-"you need to hit down on the ball so place it in front of your stance".

WRONG! To hit down on the ball you place it BACK IN YOUR STANCE so the club strikes the ball on the downslope as you would with a chip shot. Where do they get there certification from?

  • you don't lift you hit down so the ball gets compressed against the face then it spins. and a good wedge and ball

  • put the backspin on the ball today lol

  • FAIL!!!!!!!

  • some of the worst advice i have ever heard!

  • Actually your not supposed to change your swing at all.. its all about pure contact.. "chopping" and "lifting" will mess up your swing..

  • @CaLbob12 yeah lifting the ball will cause a top like he did
