I think it's a great looking plane... don't know much about its specs at this point. Besides, they are designed on the basis of what they will most probably encounter, landsize, etc. I'm sure its designed very well for that region.

well it sells better than the eurofighter and most other fighters in its category. But i wont say its the best fighter out there (im swedish anyway so..), i dont think its a particularely beautifull plane either (it looks ok), on that front i think the Rafale is far better looking, but the gripen is better technically. The countries that have bought it already are: Czech R, Hungary, South Africa. Countries thinking about buying: India, Croatia, Greece, Thailand, Phillipines, Netherlands, Norway.

No it isn't the best plane, the f22 i better. But jas 39 is alot cheaper though.
