The 2 thingsI didn't like about the Bradley was the bites, and having to suffer through a halon bottle discharging, ramp up, 6 dismounts, driver, bc, gunner and gear. @OBSSMEDIA in the gulf did you have experience firing your tow missles at the T-80 tanks. I believe the bradley, especially the most up to date version we have now is the best ground based weapon that the army has to offer. Although not made of course to go directly against tanks, the TOW enables it to engage and destroy tanks if needed. I feel the Bradley helped us (3rd ID) get to Baghdad before the marines in 2003, because they dont have the brad.

@Celethal your going to be whatever the chain of command wants you to be. i've been a driver, gunner, sdm, rifleman, tc. ive held every position possible. as for mp's i haven't seen too many of them outside the wire. mostly combat engineers and Infantry.

@Celethal Typically the first position for any soldier right out of basic training is as a Driver. That is for ANY type of unit, be it truck drivers, infantry, MP's ect... Sounds like you want to be on the ground. If thats the case just go Infantry and dont bother with MP's. Youl have Infantry Envy just like every other pog I saw in Iraq who were stuck on the base, Wanting to go out on Patrol. And No you dont have to Be an MP to get into Law Enforcement Later, I was 11B, and Im an officer.

An exceptionally well-made vest may do the job, but the vest still doesn't meet military standards with manufacturing and poor quality control. Don't believe the hype, Dragon Skin does not beat the Kevlar vest in protection and reliability.

Besides, the really important information behind the Dragon Skin is Classified, so what the hell do you know?
