  • Ridiculous tempo. Why do some conductors do this to singers. These are two fine singers who can sing incredibly quickly...there is no question. BUT where is the music in having this kind of tempo? I think they cope admirably, considering.

  • @murphy150 This is a LIVE performance. And if you had listened to other recordings from DiDonato, you would have seen that the conductor was speeding up the tempo too much throughout the whole performance
