So avocados, nut milk, date paste, raw cacao powder and a touch of salt.. I just use the blender.. SO GOOD.. BTW, do I hear a midwestern accent April? & you ARE quite the cute Wiccan! cheers
Love the date/nut crust. Will definately use that. I wanted to know how long the chocolate pudding will keep? Sometimes I find avocado doesn't keep very long, even in the fridge. Also, are those cages in your kitchen behind you (black)? I'm such an animal lover, just wondering. Have a Happy Thanksgiving! I'm making your bread as part of our meal.
Umm, i had mine in the fridge for a few days & then moved to the freezer cuz I wasn't eating it ;) It's pretty good frozen too! I'd say probably 3-4 days tops, if it lats that long! Since it's only me eating it, I can't really eat too many sweets (no craving), so after a couple servings I've had enough to suit me ;)

Perhaps the silken tofu, the softest one you can find? But it might not come out quite as creamy. I always find tofu to have a tiny bit of a grainy texture or something. But its definitely been years since I've tried any tofu.

I made an excellent pie today that is quite similar, but I used soft tofu rather than avocados and made a macadamia nut crust.
