I loved your seventh Doctor vid and by the way we know how the time war happened, the Doctoir who books had 8 caught up in a war between the timelords and the faction paradox, sometyime after the timelords would've used their preexisting technology for the lst war on the daleks and just as Romana turned evil during the ladst war so the timelords grew evil out of desperation as we learnt in theend of time then the current theory is that 8 used some macguffin to use gallifrey as a bomb. Simple

I love the video and the choice of clips. Not to geek out on everyone but I have never noticed how strikingly similar McGann looks next to Eccleston. I think at the time of the movie McGann even had short hair like Eccleston. Why didn't they refer to the 9th doctor as the 8th if they wanted continuity? He could have cut his hair, or lived long enough for a different look post Time-War...

We need a Mcgann/Eccleston/Tennant episode! That would be great, as they are all great actors. To bad 8 did have such a bad script to work with, and he wasn't part of the series, still, with a 3 doctor episode, we could see the regeneration and an explination for the time war!

The Television Film wasn't that bad, the script was bad, but the performence of Paul McGann and Sylvester McCoy was brilliant,had Peter Crushing "Human Doctor Who" had starred in it it would have of do dought been "The Twin Dielemma 2", any way it was better than the 2 Peter Crushing films, the twin dielemma, Time and the Rani and Paridise towers etc

what a lot of Doctor Who fans would love to see is maybe a made for television movie of the entire time war (using old clips when necessary) and the regeneration of 8 to 9.. if the bbc could pull this off then it would make a lot of fans happy..myself included...

Me? No I don't think so. Though I do hope that they bring in a female timelord at some point, like Romana or someone equally intelligent. I think it would be silly to change the Doctor's gender, change him into a woman... unless it happened to be Joanna Lumley like in the Comic Relief episode! She'd be the only female Doctor I'd support.

As much as I like the recent Doctors, I have to agree that it's a bit of a choker that we never saw McGann regenerate into Ecclestone. At least in the TV movie they managed to rope in Sylvester McCoy to keep the timeline correct.
