@TheWerewolf930 Well, if you have more then one Sims try killing one of them, if you don't just wait about 3-5 days then kill the sim and usually he lets it die. Hope this helps! ~Cynthia

There is another way to play as a ghost. ;D

1. Type testingcheatsenabled true or testingcheatsenabled on in the cheatbox ( by typing ctrl + shift + c )

2. then click shift on a ghost (easier if you pause the game when near a ghost )

3. then click add to active family!

Now you can play with your ghost sim! without the stupid call!

if you want to do it the easy way use the cheat that @Prettyrav wrote down .mad scientist is level 10 in the science career.wait 3 sim days . follow the rest of the instructions in the video above and there you go a playable ghost

to get level 10 career in hospital:

- press ctrl + alt + c

- enter "testingcheatsenabled true" and then press enter

- go to your mailbox, hold down shift and click on it

- go to jobs and professions and choose the science career

- choose level 10 career :D

I'm not sure if it works this way though

Welll, yyou don't need to have science job 10, my sim was a rockstar and when her child Charlisle died I waited for a night and the ghost oppitunity (make sure it says 'Oh My Ghost!' and there you are, gather ur sim's dead remains and take em to the science industrys and POOF ur dead sim is there.

You can also do this:

1. Type this in you code bar (hold shift, alt and C pressed and then the code bar will appear): testingCheatsEnabled true

2. Click with shift on the mail box. If you did all this right, there will appear a "make all happy" button. If the button is there, you did number 1 right. If not, do it again.

3. Click (at night) with shift on a ghost. There will (if you did 1 & 2 right) appear a "add to familie" button. Click on it, and the ghost is in you familie, playable!!

@PuppyDogKittenCat Yeah, I use it all the time. With this code you can do a lot more, like getting a good job, you don't have to go to the bathroom, eat, etc. It's really cool. Just hold shift on the mailbox or other objects for more things to do with this code. Enjoy!

.. Go into your household. Bring up the cheat bar and put Testingcheatsenabled true then shhift click on the mail box and choose set career then go to science or scientist and choose level 10 by that you have the call option available!

It goes in clockwork order, the career at the top of the cheat menu is starting career and the one at the 11 o'clock position should be the final stage, unless it has branching paths.

of cousrse you can(unless your scared of the noises the ghost makes which is why i lowered them^.^)i found out that you have to wait 9 sims weeks and 4 sim days and you have a greater chance of getting it if if all the sims in your household have no jobs.
