Are you able to add a video for doing this with a VGN-FW series laptop? There looks to be 4 bezel screws on mine but bottom 2 can't be accessed. Also there's a built in camera & mic, so thinking your current video may not be applicable to mine. THX

@avarbel Usually if there are no screws, the bezel can be unsnapped right away. Try pulling on it from the inner edge, feel out where it seems to budge, and start pulling from there.

I have a VGN-AR320E and there are no screws that I can see. What to do?

@siphornewifey Try re-seating the video cable, make sure it's aligned right. If still no luck, contact support.
