this is pilates and the silence is a ctually a part of the routine, you need to foucos thats why silence is helpful, our pilated coach always said that to us.
You have very poor extention through your mid to upper back causing your breast stroke prep exercise to work your lower back (which should not move for the exercise). I would highly recommend you work on mobilizing your upper back.
You skipped the head knods and elevation-depression of the scapula warmups and (maybe related) seem to have a problem with tight pec muscles and head posture in the ab prep exercise (pec muscles are pulling your scapulae down and you are compressing your neck instead of staying long).
It looks like you are pretty much following the Stott Pilates warmup sequence (although you interjected swimming on hands and knees). I did not hear any audio when I watched it so I was very disappointed that there wasn't any actual instruction going on.
as a pilates instructor his form isnt very good and he is most likely going to hurt him self if he keeps rolling up like that but thats just an opinion ;)
yeah pilates is not about going fast...rapid contaction and slower contractions dont do the same to your body...I have been doing pilates for over 3 years and...i didnt get what you were doing at first...

No voice as to what he is doing, no soothing music playing. Looks more like a yoga warmup than Pilates.

Pilates should follow your breath and feel each exercise with your breath slowly and controlled manner.
