Honda is better than the Ducati when it comes to handling and quality... Ducati is best with their suspension but it's very expensive.

Non bisogna sminuire nessuna moto ... ognuna di esse ha pregi e difetti. Ed il valore economico è relativo.

Ognuno è libero di amare la moto che più apprezza, senza denigrare quelle altrui. Vi ricordo che poi il gradire una moto piuttosto che un'altra a livello tecnico dipende anche dallo stile di guida che sappiamo essere differente per ognuno di noi.

@blackeagle6891 Grazie per queste tue parole. Cosi` come il tifoso ferrari probabilmente non possiede una Ferrari, io sostengo le Ducati pur guidando una... BMW R1200ST, con la quale macino un centinaio di Km al giorno di solo pendolariato, e poi macino il fine settimana da solo o con amici. Sono parziale verso i mono/bicilindrici, che mi danno l'impressione di avere piu` carattere rispetto ad un 4cilindri; che nei miei 35 anni da motociclista ho possieduto Ducati,Guzzi, BMW, BMW. Amen.

I am italian and i know ducati very well...the only good thing about ducati is the design...for the rest, the engine is completely out of reliability, and performances are the same of any equal japanese model but with a triplicated price. We say "ducati soldi buttati" (Ducati waste of money) MV Augusta is like Ferrari...check the F4...

@gabrydober Povero Gabri, sono italiano anche io, ho 51 anni e guidavo Ducati monocilindriche sulla riviera ligure e facevo vedere i sorci verdi ai "milanesi" che scendevano la domenica con le loro giapponesi... gia` nel 1978... Se per te Ducati soldi buttati compra pure giapponese e vedi quanto vale dopo tre anni. Una Ducati MHR vale oro quanto pesa, GSX-R o Bol d'Or dello stesso anno sono rottami senza mercato ne` ricambi. Idem per MVAgusta, 1978 v. 2008 e poi capirai cosa vuol dire classe

@lambdavi Ma povero te...Se c'e' una cosa che ho capito del ducatista medio e' che e' solo un "fissato" che non e' in grado di aprirsi a qualcosa di diverso dalle desmocagate, ed e' disposto a dissanguarsi solo per un marchio, negando l'evidenza dei difetti clamorosi del prodotto (olio a quintali, cinghie da rifare ogni 10mila km, cambio durissimo per via della frizione a secco ECCETERA) perche "ducati e' ducati"...per 4 sorpassi non puoi dire di aver sotto il culo la moto migliore...

no, there are more privateer Ducati this season than privateer Honda (2 Elias and Aoyama) / yamaha(2 crutchlow and edwards)

(btw. Simoncellis Honda is a factory bike with a privateer color scheme)

while ducati has the Pramac team (2), AB Cardion(1)and Mapfire (1)

that's 4 privateers ducatis
