the reason they didn't put it in third version on halo was to make the game better aim better and to see how they mad the gun if not t would look like that

@Skillhammer123 Bungie released an update that rendered the 3rd person view mod useless..because it granted an unfair advantage in multiplayer

make sure you are running the exe and do not minimize it, then play the game
