  • The version I have on my web site has higher defintion; this was not intentional, just a result of the conversion to youtube after I uploaded this video to google videos back in the day. Although this shows the installation of a thin brick that is made by slicing real antique brick, the installation method will work for any interior decorative thin brick tile.

  • Thanks for this video. Can I install this outdoors on my house. where can I get more info on these bricks.

  • @contractor3276 "Can I install this outdoors on my house" you can, but brick is not waterproof. When the idea first came out, a lot of brick veneer walls came down after a few years due to wood rot. They let water seep through each time it rained. Now, it's better known that you can use it for siding, but must use a moisture barrier between it and the wood wall. Even full bricks will let water seep, that's why the walls have "weep holes" in the mortar, & tarpaper behind them.

  • excelent.
