that theme is used in many Supernatural episodes, I have another video called "Supernatural - Brothers Theme" that shows some of the uses of this theme. the video is old, so it doesn't have some of the more recent examples.

I don't know if there is an official title for the theme, but various websites I have been to either call it the "Silly Brothers theme" or just "Brothers Theme". sorry I can't help more.

i like 6:20 best ... i mean when I listen to the lyrics of Carry On My Wayward Son i gotta say that it kind of fits Dean's character ... and when you take a look at Dean's mission to avoid the rising of Lucifer in season 4 , i think that the chorus actually fits pretty good as well because it's like Castiel and the angels or even god himself would whisper it to him to help him continue his seemingly hopeless fight ;all that being said , you gotta give credit to Kansas for an awesome song ^^
