Aaron Sprinkle and the bassist from Poor Old Lu formed a band called Rose Blossom Punch following the original split of POL. They released one album through 5 Minute Walk Records, the same label home to Five Iron Frenzy.
Man oh man these were the days! The Christian rock scene in the '90s was so full of great bands like Poor Old Lu (Plank Eye, Starflyer 59, Dakoda Motor Co., The Prayer Chain, etc., etc.). I'm so happy to have lived my youth then and got to expierence so many of these great bands in concert. Like everything great after time passes, it just isn't the same nowadays. However I never saw Poor Old Lu in concert though I played this album to death!
Purely EXCELLENT.

The whole 'Sit And Stare' video is excellent! But the dancing chef in this clip is the cream of the crop!
