I´m going to Bulgaria in Jully i´m sure It is a nice country to visit

    Thanks for the post.

  • @goncasmiguel

You would be surprised that it is not a "nice" country anymore. There is too much corruption and pollution. What once is Bulgaria was GREAT and our singing talents just remains from the ancient times.

I would just visit there to feel great nostalgia. I haven't visited in 6 years.

It's a very poor place. We have a great quality of people.

  • @tscholi tova e musika. Balgaria ima nai slabite polititsi i ima mnogo koruptsia.

Doktor v Balgaria pravi 15,000 leva na godina a v amerika pravi 200,000-500,000 leva.

    Lo6a ekonomika. Ni6to hubavo.

Mrasno i palno sas zamersenie (pollution)

Nie bqgame ot Balgaria zardi mizerqta. Miloni sa premestiha ot Balgaria v Amerika. Znae6 za6to. Balgaria e miserq sa6to zardi resultata na komunisma.

  • @freetripin

  • @freetripin

Ne se podrigravai. Napusnal sam Balgaria v 2 klas. I ti shte ima6 problemi. Imah predvid ikonomi4en yspex. Ti prosto neznaesh da 4etesh balgarski s latinski bykvi. As slysham pesni kato tezi mnogo.. ina4e niama da gi potarsa ako ne me interesyvat. NE SA GLYPOSTI. SAMO TAKA AMERIKA yspia.

Peace!

  • un coro de angeles

  • The ending gives me chills. I imagine attending a concert of any bulgarian choir in person has an even more powerful effect.

  • I think this is the most elite children bulgarian quire. Since the beginning of it - after 1950.

  • Fantastic !! :)

  • wow what A SOLIST!

  • Wow. These Bulgarians know how to SING! And they do it with absolute beauty. So emotional!

  • exactly! ;)

  • @PotatotheTraitor and u americans know how and who to judge

  • @PotatotheTraitor AGREE!!! i'm bulgarian and i have heard it plenty of times and i still get this amazing feeling as the first time i heard this song ..

  • she is astonishing indeed...most amazing voice i have ever heard!!!!!!

  • Wonderful :)!

  • Εxceptional hearing.. touches upon each person and as does not understand the language....

    BRAVO

  • may...someone can tell me the topic of that song?

    never heard before?

    that´s the text about?

  • Well.. It's a bulgarian folk song about the mountain and how two shepherds are buried in it (alive). It's telling us about the grief of the shepherds and.. well it's hard to explain but it's the main thing :D

  • thanks a lot, for the explaination

    greets to bulgaria

  • @lqv4ehul The song's topic is about true feelings and real grief. When the two shepherds were buried underneath the Mountain they begged for their lives. The first one said that his first beloved one is waiting for him to return and the second one said that his old mother is waiting for him to return. The Mountain heard their prayers and have spoken that the first beloved one will be sad for few days and finally will overcome the death, but the mother wouldn't be able to do that until she dies!

  • those two shepherds start beging the mountain to let them go

the 1st says, let me go because my beloved is waiting for me

the second says let me go because my mother is waiting for me

and the mountain says the beloved griefs a day and a half

a mother griefs to the grave''

of course it is much more dramatic but a lot is lost in translation

  • @pervin81 , ^^ just some additional info to the post of Lqv4ehul : after getting burried alive , the two shepherds start begging the mountain to let them go home, the first one says that his beloved one is waiting for him, the second - that his old mother expects him, then the mountain answers that a mother mourns her son till her death while a girlfriеnd's grief is rather short-lived

  • @pervin81 after the mountain traps them the shepherds are asking the mountain to let them go, the 1st one is saying "let me go, my first love is waiting for me", then the second one is saying "let me go, my old mother is waiting for me" and then the mountain answers "the beloved one griefs day and a half, the mother griefs till grave"

  • but ,after the mountain tells them that the first love loves until the day is gone , and the old mother loves until the grave

  • @pervin81 2 shepperds who were buried in the mountine, 2 close friends, The first one asked the mountaine to let him go because he had his beloved waiting for him and the seccond asks the mountaine to let him go because his mother awaits him. The mountaine sais - " The beloved waits till the nex day, the mother waits for ever" and lets the seccond shepperd go free. Thats the text .. the most of it ... its said and they sing it in the old way .. i mean .. with words which aren't so common anymore

  • @pervin81 The mountain stands as allegory for the Ottoman Turks who ravaged bulgarians. The "mountain" cought 2 young shepherds. Both are begging for they're lives. One says "I have a young wife waiting"The other says"I have a old mother waiting".The "mountain"(turks) say-"The wife will moan till midnight, the mother will moan till the grave"

  • @pervin81 Roughly translated the lyrics is: Mountain has overturned, And buried two shepherds, An buried two shepherds, Two shepherds, two friends. The first one prays, let me out, My sweetheart is waiting for me, The second one prays, let me out, My mother is waiting for me. The mountain says, "Oh you, two shepherds Sweetheart grieves from the morning to the noon Mother grieves till the grave." It's in archaic Bulgarian - hard to translate correctly Guess which one the mountain released

  • Slu6ah go tova izpulnenie na jivo. Veni strahotno go pee, napravo nastruhvam! I was listening this live! Congrat's to Veni ( the soloist). She is great!
