The Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) is a mental health watchdog, responsible for helping to enact more than 150 laws protecting us from abusive or coercive practices.
CCHR has fought to restore human rights to mental health, including, full informed consent regarding the medical legitimacy of psychiatric diagnosis, risks of psychiatric treatments,
and the RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT. I was a Victim 0f Psychiatry for many years, Im not part of this CCHR.org but agree 100%
Time is REALLY a big one... I thought I had PMS or that as my mother basically told me depression was just a part of my personality--like my father--who I believe went undiagnosed his entire life. The effects on the family and his friends and relationships were devastating!
