Refuse to support it. My parents hated the fact that i was vegan even as a baby i refused to eat meat. My soluition was to wieght lift going from a natural 130lbs to 180lbs. When ppl ask how i did it i say because I'm Vegan lol. What I learned is lead by example. BTW my parents stoped bugging me when i got bigger than my dad. and now they are vegetarians :D
