There should be a 195 lb. weight class. Too many fighters are in the same predicament as Franklin, having to either lose too much weight and be weak for a fight or carry too much and be too slow. 20 lbs. is too much of a gap between classes considering how many MMA athletes weigh in that range; it would be like taking the Middleweight AND Super Middleweight Classes out of boxing.

MM... I believe it says something about a fighter may not enter the ring with an excessive amount of vaseline otherwise it will be wiped off by a commission official. Nothing about being on the body. As messed up as it sounds. If that is vaseline all over him, it's pretty clearly "greasing". But even still, the word "excessive" leaves room for interpretation.

gsp doesn't need to cheat, he would have taken care of penn in the nude. He wasn't rubbed alot, which didn't need emphasizing because its not true. he was rubbing him to get an arousel in the blood so he can breath better. it wasn't that hard and when they rolled around , the sweaty bodies rubbing agaisnt each other would have wiped away any lubrication.
