Thank you Katilette for all this great advice. Starting tomorrow, I'm going to exercise every day for 30-45 minutes, because I feel like if I don't take care of my body, then I can't give 100% of my energy to all the other things I have to do every given day. As for taking care of my soul, I pray to God every night, even if it's just to say thank you for all the blessings in my life. I'm looking forward to your next video! :-)

It is so, so hard to find a balance. I've been doing good with my workouts and have been reading the Bible every day, which is really helpful for me. But keeping up with everything else is tough. I've had to cut out a couple of things, too, and that has helped.

Your family always seems so happy. People usually say that about my family as well, but underneath it all we are actually going through a really tough time because of my brothers depression. I feel like my family always tries to hide it and put on a happy face, even just with me. @MickyyisMick Unless you have watched every single one of the Shaytards, Katilette, Shaycarl etc.. videos, like many of us on youtube have, you obviously do not have an ounce of understanding of how their life is. They are doing something that they love. We should be happy for them because not everyone can, or they haven't found a way yet. I could not agree MORE!! In fact, I too practice your top 2...and I get up at 5:30AM every day so that I can read my Bible and workout before getting my kids up and getting them ready for school. I find that I am able to accomplish SOOOO much more in my day since making these the FIRST priority in my day!!

I don't think jealousy is something that plagues katilette's mind at all, because both her and her husband know how much they love each other and that they are 100% committed to one another, and they let each other know this all the time, it seems like! Also, she has 4 kids & a husband which alone would be enough to drive anyone insane yet she keeps her composure & she stays as humble & together as she can. Trust me, she needs a balancing act.

Because if you watched any of the vlogs, you would see their constantly running around going to meetings, or flying somewhere, or signing calenders, or going to interviews and photoshoots. Yes all that stuff seems fun, but it's their work. That's what they do for a living, and they can EASILY talk about balance because all the work stuff takes up A LOT of their time.

I could not agree MORE!! In fact, I too practice your top 2...and I get up at 5:30AM every day so that I can read my Bible and workout before getting my kids up and getting them ready for school. I find that I am able to accomplish SOOOO much more in my day since making these the FIRST priority in my day!!

@alejamagdalena It seems like Shay tells his wife how much he loves her almost every day, if not every day. I don't think jealousy is something that plagues katilette's mind at all, because both her and her husband know how much they love each other and that they are 100% committed to one another, and they let each other know this all the time, it seems like! Katilette probably just laughs at these things!

Because if you watched any of the vlogs, you would see their constantly running around going to meetings, or flying somewhere, or signing calenders, or going to interviews and photoshoots. Yes all that stuff seems fun, but it's their work. That's what they do for a living, and they can EASILY talk about balance because all the work stuff takes up A LOT of their time.
