Obviously he embellished a little but he was probably going down anyway. If u did u would know that staal doesnt play on crosby's line, in fact he is never on his line. and crosby creates his own oppurtunities as guerin and kunitz (both ended up with like 40 points) do not compare to ovi's linemates in backstrom and semin (both average over a point a game). ovechkin has the better linemates to play with so i think its the other way around (backstrom and semin are setting OVI up for shots all game).

Something I still don't understand about the NHL rules.. if it is called a Dive, how can it be a trip too? I think it should be either a trip or a dive not both. It makes sense to have both, I guess, but it would stop players from diving if the other player didn't get a tripping penalty. Not surprising to find an OVE diving video on a Pens fan site, i.e. how there are multiple Crosby diving videos on other fan sites. Good quality video though, especially the Gerbe goal celebration.
