Uhmmm what does Owen Bradley's brother have to do with this? and that is KAREN although her last name was Trease at that time(this was a year or two before she married David Sloas (Tammy's guitar player--the one playing the green electric guitar in this clip)--they were expecting a baby when Tammy passed away...the week before she died, she gave Karen a baby shower...

I've got the full show of this on video and in the credits it does say Karen Trease!!!!!
