I'd be totally willing to accept a repatriation of European Whites in Africa in exchange for the non-Europeans in Europe to go back to their respective continents. I do think that's fine. The "Native Americans" are the indigenous people (supposedly) of the Americas, the geographic landmasses, not of the United States. They had no part in the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, or the Revolution against Britain. They were not considered citizens. They were considered enemies of Americans, who were primarily British settlers.
Americans considered themselves Europeans in nature, culture, civilization. A nation isn't a state, it is a group of people bounded by culture.

The natives of the Caribbean weren't massacred. The majority died of disease. That's not the same of genocide. On the flip side, however, Indian tribes routinely massacred one another, scalped entire villages of people, and sacrificed human beings and ate their body parts.
