Fallout New Vegas does have enclave armor, you have todo ALL OF BoS QUESTS even with the first Elder, don't replace him! Do his quests, then replace him or watev, finish remaining BoS quests and you'll eventually goto a Deathclaw Island and you'll see 2 bodies with enclave armor but I don't think they'll have the helmets, thats another thing you unlock.

Loved Fallout 3, and even though it doesn't make many changes, I don't really think it needed to, its basically more of Fallout 3, and that's definitely not a bad thing, new story, new weapons, characters, companions and Iron sight aiming. Its pretty cool.

The New Vegas world is a lot more open because there's a lot more desert than there is in the Capital Wasteland. I prefer Fallout 3. I like the setting, the re-imagining of the capital in a post-apocalyptic world, the story, everything. New Vegas was cool because you got to go to Vegas, but every time I replay Fallout 3 and step outside Vault 101 and see the Washington Monument all dead off in the distance, I think 'Shit, this game is tight.'

Well, at least until the Broken Steel DLC, the underground entrance to the White House was actually a neat little secret. The manhole cover to it is easy to miss, and there is a Fat Man inside with a few mini-nukes, but the best part was the motorcyclist who tried to do a jump over an abandoned car in the sewer and, well, got his head caught in the light fixture and stayed there. You find his skeleton. I laughed, anyway.

Visit Fort Independence, with some nearly broken down energy weapons and the alien blaster with its ammo, you'll get bang for your buck.

I play the game on Hard, I am level 9 and I have 147 stimpacks, 3700 5.56 ammo and 250 grenades.

I've collected all that without breaking a sweat.
