@SonicShoeLaces League of ledgends is one of the fastest growing games. Riot is making more money month after month, hiring more people and updating their game every 14th day.

EA sports makes the same game every year... And I am not saying every game is the same, but there are minor improvements every year compare to other games. SC2 and SC Bw did more for their users than EA is doing now. It is like mario, the same game with improvements once in a while but many unessesary installments

The games you mention have been done before too, with FIFA and other EA sports titles I get to sample the sports without having to get screwed by the real deal. One premier league ticket alone almost covers your yearly FIFA update. I get real value for money.

FIFA 12 sold 3.2 million copies in the first week on sale. If you had business in football games you would be doing exactly the same.

It is completly irrevevant that you get good money for value compared to league tickets. It is also completly irrelevant that they sold 3.2 million copies.

Starcraft have not been done every year with minor updates for full price. They maintained battlenet for over 10 years for no fee, they updated for no fee. League of legends if free from the get go. so I really dont see what you mean. My point is that EA is a money grapping company which does little for its fan.

Comparing the annual cost of FIFA to a REAL football season ticket is more relevant than comparing FIFA to Starcraft. Blizzard grab money from WOW to subsidise Starcraft and LOL, as well as TV rights, WOW players even screw each other over with fake gold.

EA can grab my money as a ticket for ONE match at my local team and you have to be lucky for even that because of demand costs more than than one copy of FIFA 12.

I guess Konami are not on your hater list.

Subsidising, wow players paying for gold and comparing, the prices for game tickets to the price of a game is all irrelevant. It seems like your missing the point. What you pay for with FIFA has less value, compared to what you would get with other competing companies, because they charge full price for minor upgrades.

And they do it at a yearly basis for all their games.
