If the money is printed out of thin air , backed by nothing , then it seems to me that the debt would be as value-less as the money, therefore null and void !
How is it that the FED can lend out fiat currancy and expect anything of value in return when the fiat money is not backed by anything of value ?

Be sure to read Bill Still's book "No More National Debt" and understand that money must be controlled by the Congress representing "We the People" as well as money must not have intrinsic value in itself (like gold or silver or cows or bread does, etc.) so that the wealthiest don't horde/control the money supply. Yes, gold and silver is international money, but for a country to be sovereign we need valueless money (as long as Banksters do not use fractional reserve lending)! Bill lays it out.
