@weirdude623 no, it wouldn't...... bulbapedia says so. Male pokemon pass the moves, and Female pokemon determine the result pokemon, so it doesn't matter if the Female knew it. Chimchar doesn't get Flare Blitz.

@victini493 he was referring to the phenomenon where a hatched Pokemon will know moves it learns at a higher lvl if both parents know it. i.e lvl 1 Chimchar can have Nasty Plot if both parents know it, even though it can't normally learn it until lvl 23. but since Chimchar doesn't get Flare Blitz at all then that doesn't apply to this situation.

@victini493 if both parents know the move by level up then the chimchar can know it by breeding from the parent infernapes or monfernos. This rule applies through pretty much everything except for pokes like tynamo etc.

Her narration needs work, isn't that what the beta channel is for? A chance for potential directors to prove themselves? The battle was great because it was a really nice change from the normal Ou, The technical side of the narration was also great because you clearly explained what you did and why and you voice was super sexy! the only thing i would say is try to be more joyful/energetic :) Was great overall though i really enjoyed it!
