JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. In Pakistan the judiciary has been made independent but its just there to decide & issue its decisions. Implementation of judiciarys decision must also be legalized either by providing a special police force to it or by some constitutional amendment. As Pakistans civil police needs to be heavily bribed for implementing any court decisions. If one cant afford the amount needed to activate police all struggle of proving oneself on the right is zero.

With the help & guidance of Supreme Judicial Council Lawyers Bar Councils must work out an auditing/accountability principal to enforce JUSTICE. As JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. If the lawyers forums think on earning money by delayed tactics then Pakistan will always remain in the worst condition in all departments of life and political filth will continue ruling Pakistan. Another Quaid E Azam can emerge from Lawyers forum preferably but sincerity is the basic condition.

The Chief Justice has been restored and will Insha Allah start officiating on his seat w.e.f 24th March 2009. But will the Anti Pakistan Alliance (elite class included) let him function as he used to. As the Alliance claims to have invested billions of $ on Pakistan to destroy it in all fields of life. But if Chief Justice is let to enforce law & order & justice then all the investment so far is zero. Army Chief must be there to guard his life and help him out of any crises if created in his way

Today the 28th of August 2008 the advocates boycotting the courts and gathering for revival of judiciary, justice & implementation of law snatched Zardari's pics from the walls tore them ruthlessly and kicked his face in the pics by their shoes with the Sermon ' GO ZARDARI GO'. Zardari has nothing to do here. Before he is also a victim of self suicide he must leave Pakistan & not dream for Pakistan's President. He'll never succeed in any of his mission as Mush had to go without any achievement.
