@WarPigsLukesWall He blocks people on Twitter for little to no reason. WWE basically "suspended" him from Twitter for a few months. They told him he couldn't use it. He's been back on for a couple months now, and he's still blocking people for little to no reason whatsoever. He seems a legit wingnut. Hence the joke. I do realize it was a fairly inside reference, so don't feel bad or anything if you didn't get it.
