If I'd written the first two episodes of Season 3, Joe's fiancee would have been injured and hospitalized, not killed. They'd have exchanged vows in the hospital, but Joe still would have gone after the drunk driver.

The show as OK after Pamela Sue Martin left, but it wasn't the same. Glad she came back on Dynasty in the early 1980s.

I liked the first season intro much better, with cover art from the H.B./N.D. books flashed on the screen, as they run through that maze, and the music was very creepy. Yeah, I remember liking this series as a kid. Good stuff.

I agree, first season intro for the Hardy Boys Nancy Drew Mysteries was the coolest. Season 3 intro seems to have more of an A-Team vibe to it empasizing more of an action-adventure aspect to the show. With that being said I can't wait for the Season 3 box set being released so I can more. Aaah, the memories.

This series could have been amazing if they had followed the books. My brothers and I had the entire series and we had more volumes than the local library. My favorite story still remains The House on the Hill, #2 in the series.

My daughters have seen season 1 & 2 of the Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew, are now second generation fans and are dying to see season 3. Does anyone know if it will be out soon? Once Pamela Sue Martin left, the replacement Nancy was not as good which is why it didn't make it. That would be like replacing Shaun or Parker in the next season. It wouldn't work.
