Thank you so much!. Ive been trying to use the calculator but always get a wrong result. Turns out it was the factory set of 12 payment per year.... You really should write for Texas Instrument. I dont understand their manual a single bit!

You should write for Texas Instruments! I followed their directions on the manual (compute basic loan payments) and kept receiving errors and weird results. I thought my calculator was faulty, until I followed your directions for this assignment and everything came in correct! Thank you!
