Several years ago now, the Church that my dad was pastoring would always put together food baskets for the needy every Christmas. We were having a hard time that year and didn't have much to eat in the house. There was my mom, my dad, meat age 5, and my 3 year old brother. My parents weren't sure that we would be able to donate that year, but they grabbed a couple cans of veggies and gave them. The church gave us all the baskets of food and told us that we needed it the most.
A College Professor stood up on his chair and said "If GOD really exists then knock me off this chair." Nothing happened, as the class was quiet he said, "See!" An Army Veteran stood up and punched him in the face knocking him out and off the chair, then sat back down. As the Professor came to, he looked at his student and said "WHY DID YOU DO THAT?" @UnBanEveryOne There are tons of SECULAR organizations. You see more Christian organizations in the US specifically because Atheists are about 15% of the population, and Christians are about 75%. Christian churches in particular are choked full of money. With everyone tithing 10% and giving special donations to over seas missionaries, they're just end up being more opportunities for Charity, but it always comes at the price of indoctrinating the unfortunate.
@PhatLarkin Most the time it's because they have to pay for the payment or mortgage of the church. Churches or Mosques can cost a good bit of money. Including water and electricity bill and among other things determined on the agricultural of the building. People donate to the Church, knowing that it goes to the Church to use for good use or at least still have a Church building to go to for their worship. The economic flow of any church of any religion works like that.

@UnBanEveryOne Also a ton of young people go to Africa as a "sojourner", which basically means they get paid to go talk about Jesus with less fortunate people and mess around in Africa. It's part vacation, part finding yourself, and partly a giant ego boost.

Christian churches in particular are choked full of money. With everyone tithing 10% and giving special donations to over seas missionaries, they're just end up being more opportunities for Charity, but it always comes at the price of indoctrinating the unfortunate.

Including water and electricity bill and among other things determined on the agricultural of the building. People donate to the Church, knowing that it goes to the Church to use for good use or at least still have a Church building to go to for their worship. The economic flow of any church of any religion works like that.

god before others and yourself, dont be suprised when god turns away from you when you need him. Dont believe its up to you. When something goes wrong and you hurt or have regret of what it is. It is hard to get healing or forgivness when you have no one to hold you up and forgive and heal you.

Im a fourteen year old girl. Even i question why you have so much disbelieve that there is no god. Take a look around you. Your living... Are you or arent you? I think something has to keep your life going. Yes it might be scary for you to think your life is in someone elses hands, but you have a better chance of living if its in someone that is strong and has faith in mistakes and your disbelieve! You might not believe but i can say i clicked on this song because i know that you turn away from

Though there is proof that God exists, let me ask you to share with us proof that God does not exist. God will be by your side through this no matter how it ends and will help you if you let Him. Staying positive will increase your chances of beating cancer but by not near as much as putting your faith in God.

I mean what is going through your miind when you think your living, everything around you has been created, do you honestly think it just randomly was created. Yes you might have had bad things in your life but there is a reason for it. When i was three years old my mother almost killed herself and i walked up to her held her hand in mine and said god will not give you anything you can handle. Coming out of three

a three year old could come up with that all on her own. I had not even heard anything of god! I have a strong belief of him, yes i dont go to church but would i turn from him ever no. You have your own reasons of why you dont believe, but ya i understand the questioning of why did you get cancer and all that. Maybe it was a sign to show you how important life is because when you realize youu might not be living or have the life you do, your realize how important it is!!! Sit down and think hard
