there's been an english stat translation patch of the japanese PC game for a long time... there are also the games Cute Knight and Spirited Heart for games completely in english... they're not quite the same though!

Though its a bit late, there are programs which can translate the actual game text(Not the options or menus) into English. You just need a text hook.
