to improve ur spirit, well thats stupid, sry, every ones spirit is improved perfected ,so how u conect with this spirit in u ,meditation, well maybe or maybe not ,so whats the right answer?whats keeping u from connecting to this spirit ?why is there colers in life ?why there is tall people and short ?smart people and dum?
I would highly recommend the book, "The Pleiadian Workbook: Awakening Your Divine Ka" by Amorah Quan Yin for techniques on grounding, clearings (including clearing of chakras), ka activation, healing and more. It really is an awesome book. I had recommended it in the Entities video but I will be posting it under More Info for all the videos.
