There's nothing wrong with the marimba's height. Although, you need to practice by using your wrists' rotation. Focus on not using almost only your arms' vertical movements but your wrists. Work on being able to use *every single* mallet individually from all the others, that is to say that only the outer mallet in your right hand is hitting but the inner doesn't move at all; at a faster tempo or different pieces your technique won't work.. Good luck.
That marimba looks a little too tall for you. As a result, the shaft of your mallets hit the keys quite a few times. Otherwise, I thought it was pretty good. =)

No, that's a good height. The marimba should be at your waist because the wrists should be parallel to the forearms to rotate properly.
