I think BBC World joins BBC News 24/Channel in the early hours or maybe its just a glitch/fault or someone is very lasy

ah this was when BBC World introduced the new graphics at 5am on 21 April, but BBC News Channel (formerly BBC News 24) didn't introduce them until 8.30am, so they still used the old ticker and dog for their simulcast with BBC World
