Yeah about americans.... That is definately true, now that the merge is being done in 5 years we should expect like 27-28 full time drivers I guess.Last season and this season is just too hard for most of the open wheel teams (economy crisis and so on) so they can't afford racing in IRL yet (I'm talking about CCWS teams mostly) so if IRL grows into atleast something like CART was we'll have some good racing. And yes the main IRL problem is still the lack of americans I mean wtf 6 drivers.....
Dropping tracks like Kentucky won't help IRL at all, they need time to get back where CART was and then they'll have the full crowds, they already dropped out Michigan Int. Speedway and that TRACK was EPIC!

IRL was so much better back in 2000. This race had 27 cars, 21 American drivers. Now they have 22 cars and only 6 americans!

The attendance was so good in 2000 but now the IRL may drop this race. The attendance is not so good at Kentucky now.
