I'll have to agree with everyone. I was an '08 grad from Judson H.S. and I HATED everything to do with "rocket pride"...but coach Rackley was awesome! He may have been intimidating on the football field, but off the field he was one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, even if you had nothing to do with the football team. Not to mention he is an AWESOME coach.

Oh come on dude. The same teams win the 'ship every year. There is really only competition in 3A and under. Other than that you'll always see teams like Southlake, Trinity, Highland Park, Grapevine, Fossil Ridge, Birdville, etc. win their districts and go deep into the playoffs.

Jim Rackley is THE coach in Texas HS football, no other school in our state gets as much out of so little talent, but thats what Rocket Pride is all about. Doing your best and leaving it all on the field. Winning is nice, but seeing your team put it all on the line every play against a team that outweighed us by 80 pounds on the line is what its all about. GO ROCKETS! We'll be back next year.
