  • <3 reminds me of the days in greene

  • the ONLY modern country i can stand is zac brown band

  • It still amazes me that no matter how beautiful a song is, or how perfectly a video matches the song, there are ALWAYS people who dislike it. Why?

  • love it

  • i love alabama they are the best

  • Best county song

  • i love country music :D

  • @newreichwaffenss You mean "sister." Lol.

  • I don't like a lot of Country these days. Most of it sounds like pop, or Nickelodean music. This right here is GREAT!

  • @SandMan1277 Yes. Yes they do. My husband has scars all over his shins from chiggers. His mom lives in Arkansas, and when we went there on vacation, he painted her fence and was eaten alive by chiggers. Little bastards.

  • @CheifSalor1948 Yep, there's good fishing here and good camping as well. And we don't have the ticks and all that, which is one thing I don't miss about the south. Though, I have seen chiggers here the last few years. Not many, but still. Ugh. Chiggers.

  • @NicciCoxify chiggers suck!

  • Wow ! great song reminds me of when I was a young girl at home, thank God for Alabama !

  • I was raised on old country music. Brings back fond memories and brings a tear to the eye. I think of my childhood in Galaway, Tennessee, and I think about moving back there with my children. Sigh. I miss the fireflies. There are none here in Colorado. :-(

  • @NicciCoxify Sorry Nicci, its just to darned high in altitude there. I lived there for a good number of years to and that was one of the things missed as well. Did love going up into the mountains to find a nice lake to fish for trout.

  • @NicciCoxify pride keeps the south alive, the south will never die, rebel pride brother

  • i beleive Jesus would live in the south.

  • i listened to this when i was 9 in my dad's pickup truck to church and i sang to it the whole way :) cant beat old country music you hear on sundays!!!

  • @evan1994 hey evan why were you listenig to it then if you hate it so much. county is one of the few genres of music that has real emotion in it. you try to find a rap song that can tell a story as well as country music.

  • @SandMan1277 I hate rap music too, and someone I know sent me a link to this. That's why I was listening to it

  • of redemption

  • Wings

  • god bless the south a true american nation a nation with pride were everyone is a patriot no one regrets there land no one is a rich slob but a well christian people and i pray i move out there soon and i pray for that nation and there people

  • @abducted1alien2freak Yes A true Nation in the south, Christian, Homophobic, and Racist. What I true Nation! God Bless them!

  • @XboxDouchetage Like the WBC!

  • @XboxDouchetage If that's what you think the South is, you're an ignorant fool and I pity you. You people who stereotype the South are just as intolerant, bigoted and uneducated as you claim the South is. The sad thing about people like you is you can't see the irony in all the venom and hate that you constantly spew against the South...

  • @cannuck1 I am telling you that 50% of the people I have ever talked to in the south are that way. I understand that stereotyping all is what I should not be doing, but what abducted said in my eyes is that ONLY the south are patriots of America. Not saying they aren't but saying that the North are not true patriots is stupid, and also as ignorant as my statement. There should not be any North or South, there should just be a United States of America.

  • @XboxDouchetage Ok, I can agree with that. Hopefully most people in the South don't have more loyalty to it that to the US but who knows. But there will always be a "North" and a "South," and east and west. It's part of American culture, (and most country's cultures for that matter) to take pride in their particular region. But I do agree with you that that pride shouldn't come at the expense of national pride or involve demonizing other regions. So let's hug it out!! We agree! lol

  • greatt country!!!!

  • We were walkin' in high cotton

Old times there are not forgotten

Those fertile fields are never far away

We were walkin' in high cotton
