Switchblades are Completely LEGAL to buy in sell in ALL states (exception being California that I know of) The various laws relating to the Carrying of them however, is subject to varying laws across all the states. The General Rule of ANY knife is that if it (the blade) Is larger than your open palm, it is considered a Deadly Weapon and MUST have a concealed carry permit, unless you want to carry openly. All knives that have an Automatic function are 18+ ONLY.
