The title should read "Oversize Load being escorted", but that wouldn't get as many views. They're probably big baseplates for some new construction somewhere, with police and freight company escorts to control traffic. All done at night to avoid rush hour traffic. But it is pretty funny how they look like a stereotypical 1950's ufo.

I have agree to agree with damienplus, the audio dos not match the video, they are talking entireley of a different subject nature. The goverment would not transport foreign technology at any time of day & make visible for all to see. The Secret is the very thing they are trying to protect & hide. some of the radio chatter is almost certainly not connected to the video as it sounds like a police officer chasing somebody. i doubt they would transport high tech stuff uncovered and the escort would be military not police so this a perfectly normal wide load being escorted.
