ive been pepper sprayed before and that sucked sooo bad, it was like 2 hours beforei was back to normal, plus later on it started burning again. Is tear gas chamber worse or not as bad??

i went through this in 1990, my mask wouldn't seal. i was in there over 2 minutes breathing and it didnt bother me a bit. other peolple were puking and crying, and they do hit you to make you breathe it in...

This isn't the U.S. trying to "kill" our soldiers. For someone that has no idea what they're even talking about...this is to you. The purpose of this training is to help you trust your mask. You may not always see the gas, don't assume its not there. Tear gas is the most common bio weapon around. Its a good possibility it could be used anytime while our soldiers are at war.

that is real training(what you described)the us needs to train like that!going up against terrorists and people who learn violence since five you need really strong training. in basic training in the us you have a "stress card" you can use to get out of if the drill sgt yells at you and then they wonder why these soldiers die over there, no stress card stops an insurgent from killing you!

Taking your gas mask off inside the chamber teaches you two things: 1) that your gas mask, when properly maintained, will work if you don and clear it correctly, and 2) not learning to don and clear your gas mask can have dire consequences in a battlefield.
