In the past I've believed at the time that I've had obes. But on later consideration I recalled that when I dream, I usually believe that it is not a dream at the time too.
If obes were what people say they are, given that people say they occur as often as they do there would be plenty of strong scientific evidence for them, even if we didn't know the cause. But there isn't.

This is a good series. I have been doing AP for about 10 yrs on and off. I discovered this series now as I am working a concerted effort to do some more work. I've looked at other sources and listened to various projectors, and some are ok at projecting themselves and not much good at teaching. Considering he's doing it in a second language even more kudos is due. Looking forward to seeing the rest. much of it has been good revision.
Great job man - I respect anyone who gives their knowledge freely. If more and more people did this this physical plane would be a much better place. Unfortunately so many have that "knowledge is power" mind state so they hoard it to themselves to try and get some advantage over others. Knowledge is power, especially when you use it positively.
hi, first i wanna say your videos are amazing. i watch them several times and learn something new. I have a problem. i can clean all the mud and problems out of my mind for a while. but after a week or so i go back to my old bad habits and cause myself more stress. how can i keep myself from going back to my old habits?
well, how can you disolve a energy that you have fed and follow you from life to life? maybe, centuries, in just one week?

but, only with self continuence, meditation, will power, prayers, and constant self awareness, you will be able to move on in a period of 3 to six months, of constant work.
so, don't give up. it's frustateing at the begining, you will fall, but don't stay there, try again anda again.
take the chalenge, fight inside, ask for inner help.
sorry for my late late reply. i havent given up. its been 3 years since my last projection, but i havent given up and never will. as for my internal fights, im still having troubles. not so much the habits i was having before, but i've had alot of stress lately, and i notice alot of the time when i meditate i notice my headaches more when im focusing. is there a way to get rid of those stress headaches so i can focus my mind away from my body?

There was this time which i was coming out. As fast as i was coming out. I went back. I heard this damn scream which scared me. THough this sound is unknown. Im pissed. These ghosts intervene with us. Relax and ask yourself in your mind. Let me Astral Project with happiness and focusly on my task.

If you come our of you body in the positive light side, you will be able to understand in the legnuage you speak and learn, but, you do not for sure because you will be able to undestand anyway, it is call intuition.
but, the better way to find out, is that you investigate right? or you always accept eveything people tell you?

astral experiences is to experience everynight.
when you dream of ghost or something negative, is your own self and the relations with others in your same lavel of being.
not evrybody is in the same level, imagine a latter some are above & a lot are below that latter.
you must fight the negative side by changeing the way you are.
in general, the more discipline you have, the more awake you will be.
fight the ego & that desires, free your self.

for self spiritual growth, you must be very radical and psychologically rebel.
there is a lot of people that they try to limit you with very good intentions, but you won't get very far.
we must overcome our fears and ignorance, the sky is there to be conquer, but only the brave will conquer it!!
