Just finished the set myself. It took me just under thirteen hours (including the hour it took me just to organize all the individual pieces into their respective piles).

In any event, the set is amazing, as well as huge... Until I have somewhere to put it, it'll stay atop my desk...

I puting together the Imperial Star Destroyer now. I am friendly to the Empire, so my decision revolved around either this or the Death Star.

I feel this set looks better than the Death Star, thus I chose the Imperial Star Destroyer. It's only $200 (not much compared to the $500 for the Falcon), so it was a fairly easy choice.

the Falcon owns.. but the Destroyer looks a bit tougher =P and therefor IMO a better choice

What the hell, the one with MiniFigures are for kids and are meant to be played with. The one that doesn't has any minifigures are for putting on display or model...

37 x 23 x 9 inches, 21 pounds. Now if it was scaled to fit the Minifigures, it would be like 8 feet long.

Very cool. BUT you should've brought the time back to real time and showed the whole ship. nearly 9 minutes of super high speed. and 1/4th a second of the completed ship.
