from body. Hands can neither be touching gun nor shells but in the video it shows him touching both so that wouldnt be fair to the others that would make a video against this one....

I'm pretty sure this is a montage for 2 reason: 1. the timer is on what to face the camera like that? (the cam has a slight angle toward the ground and the clock that seem to be on the table ( which is less elevated than the cam) directly face the cam (no angle)) 2. It is simply impossible that we can't see his arm grabing the shells (humans are not this fast)

note: this is only my personnal opinion, nothing else

You definitely can tell he's not firmly holding the shotgun, and it's a safe bet that the only reason you'd not be firmly grabbing it already is if you have your hands a few millimeters away from touching any surface of the shells or gun, and thus qualifying as not touching them, despite already having your hand around the grip and shells and finger in the trigger guard.
